Yoga Therapy workouts Thursdays 5:30-7pm ON-GOING ($15.drop in fee or $49. per month )
Various Styles of Hatha Fridays 6-7:30pm Each Friday an advanced student teacher instructs a class/workout in the style of their choice (vinyasa, shivananda, restorative, classic, etc. Feel free to call ahead and ask what style will be presented for the week you plan to attend. $10. drop-in.
Yoga for the Young at Heart; Saturdays. A class that will touch your spirit through nurturing yet gentle energizing yoga postures. **special price** = only $108. for 12 of these classes. Drop in $12.

Kids Yoga Teaching & Therapy
A comprehensive training to teach children's yoga. You will learn how to work with public school children, at risk kids, physically challenged youth...and much more.
This is a 54 hours certification program. Workshop meetings start Saturday April 5th, 12noon-4pm and are held every other Saturday through June for a total of 6 Saturdays. Other hours of internship TBA.
The cost is $480. if paid on or before March 17th. Afterwards the price is $515.
Meditation
April 26th Saturday 1-4pm $55. early registration by April 19th $65. after (YTT’s get 10% discount).
Mudras; Mystery & Medicine Unveiled.
May 10th, 1-4pm. Learn and practice profound prayer through mudras and the traditions they are express. From simple hand gestures to dancing you'll experience the symbolic and physical benefits of mudras. A fun and informative workshop.
