Designed to easily stretch more into your budget while not over-crunching your time, this workout/dinner is a weekly mini-retreat that could be your perfect resolution and regular routine to balanced living.
Who?
YogaWell's K.Lee and or Anne serve as the yoga instructor. You are most welcome as a student.
The class is semi small (6-16 people on average) which adds to the intimate feel of the class being especially noncompetitive in a relaxed yet sacred and welcoming atmosphere.
What?
YOGA-
This is a yoga class that is open to all levels. The teaching is very eclectic, and it is geared to the requests and abilities of the participants.
BUFFET-
Besides a terrific yoga workout, you can also enjoy authentic Indian food from the all-you-can-eat buffet at Cafe India. This family-owned and operated restaurant has received rave reviews from Channel 8, The Reader, and the American Heart Association, to name a few.
They'll make your Chai just the way you like it (soy milk or regular milk, traditional or noncaffeine, etc).
When?
This yoga workout is held on Wednesdays from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. and dinner follows :)

How Much?
The cost is $10.00 per class, which includes the yoga class, plus a $1 discount off the all-you-can-eat buffet (or total dinner bill over $10. for that night) at Cafe India. This class is free to YTT's (yoga teachers in training enrolled in certain YogaWell certification program).
