Keep Cool with Āyurveda

with Elizabeth Cunningham Bossart

With temperatures rising many of us are feeling the heat!

While there are ways we can adjust our external environment to help keep cool it is also important to remember that there are tricks that can help keep our systems cool through Āyurveda!

Āyurvedic practices address our bodily systems to bring balance to the body and this includes helping the body stay in balance through the hotter months of summer.

With just a few simple everyday practices you can set yourself up to better manage through the heat and stay comfortable this summer!
