Embracing Life’s Cycles

Are you ready to experience more ease and embodiment as you navigate each stage of your life? Are you ready to embrace life’s cycles and live with more  balance?

According to Āyurveda, our life is governed by cycles: cycles of seasons, of day and night, of waking and sleeping, of eating and defecating, of reproduction and aging, and on and on.

The different stages of our life are characterized by each of the three doṣaas: vāta, pitta, and kapha. Childhood, the first stage, is governed by kapha doa. Adulthood, the second stage, is governed by pitta doa. The last stage is from adulthood until death and is governed by vāta doa. These same doa influences cycle through the other stages of life, including sleep, seasons, all daily transitions—and the feminine cycle.

With understanding of:

  • how these cycles work,
  • how to identify them, and
  • how to attune with them,

we can harmonize with the cycles. And, when we’re not fighting against them, the benefits for our experience and comfort in life are immense.

The Āyurveda and Women’s Health: Embracing Life Cycles workshop will discuss how your current state of balance (vikṛti) and Āyurvedic constitution (prakṛti) interweave with one’s life cycles. Students will learn how to adapt self-care routines into daily rituals to help restore balance in the body and mind—so you feel empowered as you transition through different stages of life. Join us for Āyurveda and Women’s Health: Embracing Life Cycles workshop and learn how to celebrate each stage and cycle of your life!
