Āyurvedic Living

Ayurveda is a system whose practices are intended to cultivate personal balance.

Throughout our day we are constantly confronting behaviors and situations that throw us out of our unique balanced alignment. Poor sleep leading to groggy headspace, inappropriate nutrition creating discomfort, interactions with others charging our emotions…

Developing a holistic working relationship with Ayurvedic practices can give you the tools to help actively maintain your optimal balanced state.

Because true balance is the result of many actions.

As anyone who has spent time on one leg (or their head!) can tell you, what can look like solid stillness is the combined effort of tiny adjustments made by many muscles responding to the needs of the intended outcome.

Balance is all about adjustment!

Join Elizabeth Cunningham Bossart for Āyurvedic Living and start cultivating the tools and practices that will help you maintain a more balanced state of living.

This 6 month course will introduce you to a number of Āyurvedic principles and applications that you can try on under Elizabeth’s guidance and the support of your cohort. Over time you will cultivate daily rituals while being introduced to various Āyurvedic ingredients so that when things come up that throw you off, you know where to turn and what can help.

The space that Elizabeth holds is one of no pressure, her approach to making changes is the Mantra given to her by her teacher, “Little, little,” and her intention is that this offering will meet you exactly where you are.
