Living Meditation through the Yoga Sutras

This is Yoga beyond āsana beyond prāṇāyāma, beyond exercise and beyond specific techniques.

When we find ourselves at an impasse with our practice we are often in a space of shift. It’s comforting to assume that familiar things will always serve in familiar ways and yet we know during change all things grow.

One of the ways in which we can stay in practice through all of our shifts is to shift our perspective of practice, from a space in our days to a way of being. Our practice is mainly a state of being and a path for living—the implications of this for your life is immense!

Patañjali’s Yogasūtras are a manual for navigating our daily-living. It presents concise yet complete instructions for practicing Yoga, both on the mat and in life. It explains how the different aspects of Yoga are interconnected pathways of a single, greater, path for daily living.

Patañjali’s teachings pave a path for us to shift how we see the world and how we choose to relate to the world around us. In this way, we can shed ways of being that no longer serve us, so that we are able to experience an evolved and liberated way of living.

Join Celeste Greene for Living Meditation Through the Yogasūtras workshop and learn how the Yogasūtras apply to your everyday life in a way that practice becomes a state of being. Celeste will discuss the richness of the Yogasūtras so that students are able to experience the potency and transformative nature of this text.
